Our Custom Manufacturing Process

1. Share Your Requirements

Send us your specifications: dimensions, shape, wall thickness, fiber orientation, surface finish, and quantity. Our engineering team will review and respond within 24 hours.

2. Material Selection

We help you choose the right carbon fiber material for your application — Toray T300 for tube products, 3K carbon fiber for profiles, or specific prepreg and weave patterns as needed.

3. Mold & Tooling Check

We cross-reference your dimensions against our 10,000+ existing molds. In most cases, we can produce your part without any tooling investment. If a new mold is required, we manufacture it quickly.

4. Sample & Production

Prototype samples available upon request. Once approved, full production begins with our standard 7-15 day lead time.
